CASSELL M. PARSELL II IS CERTIFIED AS A SERVICE/INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN FOR AIR CONDITIONING/HEAT PUMPS BY NORTH AMERICAN TECHNICIAN EXCELLENCE INC.
Milford, DE-Cassell M. Parsell II of Icy Installations LLC has earned certification from North American Technician Excellence (NATE) as a Service/Installation technician for Air Conditioning and Heat Pump equipment and systems. NATE is an independent, third-party organization that develops and promotes excellence in the installation and service of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment by recognizing high-quality industry technicians through voluntary testing and certification.
Parsell earned his certification by passing the stringent NATE exam. The exam reflects a consensus industry opinion on what the average technician should know in order to effectively install and service air conditioning/heat pump equipment systems.
Parsell, a resident of Milford DE, is an owner/technician for Icy Installations LLC. He is a graduate of the Fairfax County HVAC apprenticeship program of Fairfax, Virginia. He has eleven years of experience working with air conditioning/heat pump systems and equipment.
ICY INSTALLATIONS JOINS MITSUBISHI
ELECTRIC HVAC DIAMOND DEALER PROGRAM
MILFORD, DEL. – Icy Installations LLC, Milford, Del., has recently completed steps to become an authorized Mitsubishi Electric HVAC Diamond Dealer, according to Cassell Parsell, owner/president.

A family-run business operating for just over 20 months, Icy Installations brings years of schooling and experience to all of Kent and Sussex Counties in Delaware. Cassell Parsell, a master electrician in both Virginia and in Delaware, is North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certified and a licensed Master HVAC technician in Virginia. His wife, Jessica, serves as the office manager for Icy Installations, ensuring all customer needs and demands are met in a timely and appropriate manner.
In order to become a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer, Icy Installations was required to complete a number of training courses dealing with installation, sales and service of Mitsubishi’s Mr. Slim product line. Mitsubishi Diamond Dealers are independent contractors that have reached the highest level of accreditation from the Mitsubishi Electric HVAC Advanced Products Division. These authorized dealers have invested their time to obtain personalized, hands-on training at Mitsubishi-approved training centers in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas or Irvine, Calif., in order to provide customers with the most professional quality installation and maintenance for their Mr. Slim HVAC system.
